Rob Adams joined FBC Mortgage, LLC (“FBC”) in May 2017. A second generation Texan and San Antonio Native since 1980. Prior to joining FBC Rob has worked in the mortgage business for 20 years with companies such as SWBC, First Mortgage Corp and Freedom Mortgage where he was a top producer in the builder division. Rob is proficient in all areas of lending but specializes in builder financing and structuring challenging deals as a second tier recommended lender for some of San Antonio’s largest home builders. After partnering his skills with FBC, Rob can offer a group of new products that will help in getting more buyers into new homes in the San Antonio area for example Foreign National Loans, Non warrantable condo projects and more complicated self-employment income scenarios. When not helping his clients, you will likely find Rob in the gym training or painting abstract masterpieces at his home studio.
